• Outside of drilling rods, prior to insertion into the hole

Advantages:
• Reduces friction and horsepower requirements
• Increases drilling efficiency
• Contains a germicidal agent to prevent infection of cuts

which may occur during handling of the drill rods

Ultragel – High Temperature Grease 3.58

A synthetic grease for extremely high temperatures.

Applications:
• Plain and rolling element bearings
• Run-out table rolling bearings in steel mills
• In mines, mills, boiler plants
• In pulp and paper, saw mills
• In cement and lime plants
• NOT suitable for high speed or low temperature applications

due to the high viscosity base oil used
• Prior to use, bearings should be thoroughly cleaned of

conventional greases

Advantages:
• Outstanding high temperature resistance
• Suitable up to 250°C with frequent relubrication
• Superior mechanical stability against high shears and

pressures

Typical Properties:
ULTRAGEL
